TL;DR

Director of Sales (Adtech): Responsible for the growth and development of one of hirify.global's key sales teams nationally, focusing on growing and scaling a defined book of business. Focus on cross-functional collaboration across sales, product, marketing, and services organizations, and building and executing a sales plan that drives growth for hirify.global.

Location: New York, New York, United States. Travel for in-market customer visits is required, up to 50%.

Salary: $290,000 - $350,000 USD

What you will do

  • Develop a growth strategy for your book of business in partnership with sales and services leadership and drive adoption and execution across the sales team.
  • Serve as an internal and external figurehead representing your book of business.
  • Own senior-level contacts and drive forward enterprise-level partnerships.
  • Serve as a front-line manager in the market with ICs to provide coaching for ride-alongs and thought-leadership with customers.
  • Drive account-based strategy to grow key client partnerships and cross-sell new products.
  • Maintain an accurate pipeline and develop quarterly forecasts for the region.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Communications, Business, or Marketing.
  • Minimum 8 years of ad tech/media sales experience.
  • Demonstrated track record of managing a high-performing team and exceeding revenue goals.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Deep understanding of programmatic and the SSP landscape.

Nice to have

  • Strong knowledge in 1p data, CTV, and e-commerce is a plus.
