TL;DR

VP, Client Partner (Marketing/Advertising): Driving client success and providing leadership to the Client Services team. Focus on identifying organic growth opportunities, managing complex teams, and ensuring high standards of quality and creativity.

Location: This position is based in Nashville, Tennessee and not open to remote. Our team is expected to work from an office a minimum of 3 days a week.

What you will do

• Direct all aspects of your clients’ business.
• Proactively identify and cultivate organic growth opportunities within existing client relationships.
• Inspire and empower both direct and extended teams through clear vision, mentorship, and leadership.
• Strengthen client relationships by delivering on business objectives and client targets.
• Contribute to agency growth through knowledge sharing, best practices, and succession planning.
• Drive account growth by expanding the client base and representing the agency externally.

Requirements

• 12+ years of Client Services experience in marketing, advertising, or consulting disciplines.
• Strong oral and written communication and presentation skills.
• Auto category experience and demonstrated understanding of CMS including AEM.
• P&L Management experience.
• Proven ability to manage complex teams and client relations.
• Strong leadership skill to motivate your team.
