Account Manager (Advertising)

TL;DR

Account Manager (Advertising): Driving and defending revenue by flawlessly designing and executing advertising campaigns for Advertisers/Agencies, working with internal and external partners. Focus on cultivating client relationships, developing media plans, monitoring campaign delivery, and troubleshooting ad creative issues.

Salary: $60,000–$80,000

What you will do

• Cultivate positive business relationships with clients, sales, and creative/technical teams.
• Partner with sales to develop proposals and media recommendations, advising on technical feasibility.
• Act as a product expert to align hirify.global Media products with client marketing needs.
• Design and execute media plans and campaigns, managing pre-launch creative specifications and submissions.
• Manage creative and technical production timelines and asset delivery for timely campaign launches.
• Monitor campaign delivery and pacing, escalating issues as needed and collaborating with billing on queries.

Requirements

• 1+ year experience in digital/radio/mobile advertising operations or account management required.
• Extremely proactive and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and campaigns.
• Excellent client service, verbal, and written communication skills with strong analytical abilities.
• Knowledge of the pre-sale process and creation of media plans for custom display, mobile, audio, and video advertising products.
• Experience working with internal order management systems and third-party ad servers.
• Enjoy working in a collaborative team environment, sharing knowledge across the department.
• Must have legal right to work in the U.S.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of programmatic transactions and performance campaign management.
• Experience with automation and/or AI tools such as chatGPT or Gemini.
