Location: Hybrid in Dublin, Ireland (expected to be in the office at least three days per week).

What you will do
- Create and prioritize strategic target account lists with Account Executives.
- Generate new business pipeline through cold calling, email, and social engagement.
- Provide a great experience for prospective customers.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hirify.global's product and its value.
- Demonstrate ability to attract new customers and improve business processes.
- Engage in team development and mentoring.
Requirements
- Fluency in English and either French or German.
- 1+ year of customer-facing work experience (Sales and/or SaaS experience a plus).
- Strong desire to build a career in Sales (future Account Executive).
- Ability to use time effectively and efficiently for revenue-driving activities.
- Understanding of the AI Agent landscape and target verticals.
- Proficiency in prospecting skills (cold calling, email, social) and modern sales engagement tools.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Familiarity with SFDC, Outreach, Cognism, Zoominfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
