What you will do
- Own the full enterprise sales motion, managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to close and expansion.
- Identify and capture high-potential opportunities where hirify.global can drive competitive advantage across various teams.
- Serve as a trusted strategic partner to potential and existing customers across different functions.
- Design sales strategies across diverse use cases such as API integrations and custom branded model training.
- Help define sales playbooks, pricing strategies, and sales processes as the company scales.
- Translate customer needs and market signals back to product and research teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of quota-carrying enterprise sales experience in B2B SaaS or technology.
- Experience with generative AI, creative tools, or a technical background to discuss AI capabilities.
- Proven ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments.
- Builder mindset with comfort in ambiguity and fast-evolving environments.
- Curious problem solver passionate about customer building and success.
- Willingness and ability to travel throughout North America (US and Canada) 30-40% of the time.
