• Schedule, coordinate, and confirm candidate interviews across multiple time zones.
• Greet onsite candidates and ensure a warm, professional, and seamless interview experience.
• Handle all cancellations and reschedule interviews promptly and efficiently.
• Communicate changes to relevant parties and update internal systems accordingly.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with consistent follow-through.
• Clear, professional communication and time management skills.
