TL;DR

GTM Recruiter (Contract): Owning the end-to-end recruiting lifecycle for Go-To-Market teams, from sourcing to closing candidates, and building scalable recruiting processes. Focus on deeply understanding hiring manager needs, driving exceptional candidate experience, and leveraging data to optimize hiring strategies.

Location: Hybrid, HQ-San Francisco. In office 3 days/week.

Salary: $9,600–$12,800/month (USD)

What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end recruiting lifecycle for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success roles.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to deeply understand their needs and create tailored strategies.
  • Build and scale recruiting processes from scratch, ensuring efficiency and alignment with company goals.
  • Ensure a white-glove candidate experience from first touch to offer acceptance.
  • Communicate proactively and transparently with candidates, hiring teams, and stakeholders.
  • Track, analyze, and act on recruiting metrics to optimize time-to-hire, candidate quality, and pipeline health.
  • Get creative in sourcing passive candidates using innovative tools and strategies.
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience as a full-cycle GTM recruiter, ideally in a startup or high-growth environment.
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple roles and drive each one from sourcing to close independently.
  • A knack for building scalable recruiting systems and processes from the ground up.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with hiring managers and cross-functional teams.
  • A self-starter mentality, thriving in fast-paced, ever-changing environments.
  • Unmatched attention to detail with a focus on quality, speed, and results.
  • A data-driven approach, able to interpret recruiting metrics and turn insights into action.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
