Consumer Sales Manager (Starlink): Supporting Starlink growth in North America by identifying, developing, and expanding retail partnership opportunities with an accent on negotiations and market research. Location: This is NOT a remote position and would require relocation if not local to the Hawthorne, CA area
Salary: $110,000.00 - $145,000.00/per year

What you will do
- Identify, develop, and expand Starlink retail partnership opportunities.
- Negotiate and close partnership deals between hirify.global and retail partners.
- Establish and grow strategic relationships with key omnichannel partners.
- Manage sales forecasts, budgets, and KPIs, driving aggressive sales targets.
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to develop retail merchandising strategies.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of professional business development, sales, operations, engineering, or account management experience; OR high school diploma/equivalency certificate and 6+ years of experience.
- 1+ years of consulting or project management experience in business development or sales.
- 3+ years of experience working with customers to support a technical product or service.
- Must be available to work extended hours and/or weekends as needed.
- Must be willing to travel to other hirify.global offices and customer locations as needed up to 50%.
- To conform to U.S. Government export regulations, applicant must be a U.S. citizen, U.S. lawful, permanent resident, Refugee or Asylee or be eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State.
Nice to have
- Proven retail industry experience (consumer electronics, CPG, or FMCG preferred).
- Experience developing go-to-market strategies or building sales channels in international markets with proven track record of successfully launching and scaling new products across North America.
- MBA or master's degree with a business or engineering focused curriculum.
