Salary: $110,000-$145,000 USD

What you will do

• Quarterback non-standard deals through the contracting cycle & internal approval processes in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Master and help evolve deal policies, including contract terms, pricing & packaging, and contractual requirements.
• Partner with Account Executives on forming deals, and help translate deal structures to Order Forms for complex deals in partnership with Commercial Legal.
• Monitor and ensure that internal requests are addressed thoughtfully and with urgency.
• Create process documentation and enable Sales Teams on best practices, tools, and workflows to ensure effective deal execution.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Deal Operations, Deal Desk, or Sales Operations.
• A “roll up your sleeves” mentality, and an ability to collaborate effectively across internal functions to achieve common goals.
• Detail-oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to identify areas of improvement and propose necessary changes.
• Strong analytical skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making to equip the business in a strategic manner and communicate big picture opportunities.
• Ability to work well under pressure, with a high degree of adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
• Skilled at prioritization, effectively balancing urgent support requests with long-term project work.
