What you will do

• Lead and support the AMER Downmarket and Mid-Market Deal Desk team, overseeing daily operations.
• Lead "Voice of Customer" and "Voice of Field" initiatives to drive actionable process improvements.
• Act as the primary point of contact for team escalations, providing leadership visibility into high-risk deals.
• Work with Deal Desk leadership to develop new guardrails, guidelines, and optimize the approval matrix.
• Become a trusted advisor to the sales team, assisting with deal structuring to meet customer and company needs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, Product, and Enablement to implement best practices.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience in a deal desk role or similar.
• 2+ years of management experience in a deal desk role or similar.
• Comfortable with change and ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment.
• Excellent communication, strong business acumen, organizational, and time management skills.
• Strong experience with Salesforce.
• Ability to process a high volume of transactions with accuracy and integrity.
