What you will do
- Lead and nurture a high-impact Customer Success team for Strategic New Verticals.
- Execute proactive CSM motions including Account Prioritization, QBRs, Annual Planning, and Success Plans.
- Serve as a cross-functional owner, aligning with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams.
- Partner with Sales to drive product expansion through value-driven business cases.
- Analyze customer data and vertical trends to inform strategic decisions and improve customer experience.
- Own renewal outcomes, including pricing, packaging, value-selling, and commercial negotiation.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of people management experience in a high-growth SaaS organization.
- 5–10 years of combined experience in sales, customer success, or account management, supporting complex or emerging customer segments.
- Proven ability to operate as a cross-functional leader, influencing various teams without direct authority.
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset, energized by building processes and driving initiatives from idea to execution.
- Skilled at creating clear, compelling business cases.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and data-driven with strong execution discipline.
