What you will do
- Lead contract lifecycle through approval workflows, ensuring compliance with commercial, legal, and product standards.
- Translate sales data insights into actionable process improvements to support operational excellence and revenue growth.
- Partner with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Product teams across time zones to align on contract requirements.
- Develop, manage, and optimize Salesforce workflows and data quality processes.
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives to enhance business processes and systems for consistent sales execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Legal Management, or equivalent practical experience.
- 2-3 years of experience in Sales Operations, preferably in Software or FinTech companies.
- Strong ability to manage complex workflows and drive process improvements in fast-paced environments.
- Clear communicator with experience in collaborative, matrixed environments.
- Proficiency in tools such as Salesforce, Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, and data analysis tools.
Nice to have
- Experience in FinTech industry or regulated financial services environment.
- Advanced Salesforce administration skills and experience with sales compensation management functions.
- Exposure to global teams and cultural nuances in cross-border collaboration.
