Salary: $68,000–$93,000 per year

What you will do

  • Lead contract lifecycle through approval workflows, ensuring compliance with commercial, legal, and product standards.
  • Translate sales data insights into actionable process improvements to support operational excellence and revenue growth.
  • Partner with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Product teams across time zones to align on contract requirements.
  • Develop, manage, and optimize Salesforce workflows and data quality processes.
  • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives to enhance business processes and systems for consistent sales execution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Legal Management, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2-3 years of experience in Sales Operations, preferably in Software or FinTech companies.
  • Strong ability to manage complex workflows and drive process improvements in fast-paced environments.
  • Clear communicator with experience in collaborative, matrixed environments.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Salesforce, Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, and data analysis tools.

Nice to have

  • Experience in FinTech industry or regulated financial services environment.
  • Advanced Salesforce administration skills and experience with sales compensation management functions.
  • Exposure to global teams and cultural nuances in cross-border collaboration.
