What you will do

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment processes from sourcing to closing top candidates.
  • Build partnerships with hiring partners, serving as a trusted talent advisor.
  • Maintain high standards for candidate experience, facilitating an inclusive hiring process.
  • Manage 5-10 requisitions at a time, making 2-4 hires/month for GTM or Ops teams.
  • Leverage data and technology, including AI and automation, to drive improvement in hiring processes.
  • Contribute to the Talent Acquisition team's AI transformation internally by experimenting, piloting, and innovating new workflows and solutions.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of full-cycle, in-house recruiting experience, ideally in a software or technology company.
  • Experience hiring for sales professionals in a SaaS environment OR across GTM and Operations roles.
  • Proficiency using AI in work processes and eagerness to be part of an AI-first company.
  • Experience building new teams or processes.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and evolving teams.
  • Ability to serve as a trusted talent partner, challenging assumptions and helping hiring managers make better decisions.
