What you will do

• Plan, launch, and optimize performance-driven campaigns across TV, OOH, Radio, and digital channels.
• Develop and implement innovative measurement and attribution methods to maximize marketing effectiveness.
• Analyze campaign performance by connecting KPIs with core business data, uncovering growth opportunities.
• Strategically manage and allocate budgets across channels for efficient customer acquisition and brand growth.
• Build compelling, data-backed business cases for brand initiatives and foster strong relationships with media partners.
• Identify, test, and scale new offline and online channels to fuel continuous growth for both brands.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience managing and scaling online and/or offline marketing campaigns.
• Advanced analytical skills and a data-driven approach, with proficiency in Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and a structured mindset for managing multiple projects and campaigns.
• Experience in managing agency and media supplier relationships.
• Fluency in English is essential.
• Fluency in an additional European language—especially German, Spanish, Swedish, or Portuguese—is a strong plus.
