What you will do
- Own the Google UA channel end-to-end with full accountability for CPA/ROI and budgets across every market.
- Methodically scale into new international markets via keyword research, native-language ad copy, and compliance review.
- Make data-driven scaling decisions using cohort ROI data (D7/LTV) rather than vanity metrics.
- Execute the optimization loop, including search-term mining, negative-keyword hygiene, and bid adjustments.
- Enforce strict compliance and brand safety across all launched languages and markets.
- Partner with analytics/BI (BigQuery), creative, and product teams to align targets with unit economics.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience running Google Ads at scale (6-figure+ monthly spend), ideally in D2C or consumer subscriptions.
- Deep hands-on fluency with the Google Ads platform and API/scripts for bulk builds and RSA optimization.
- Strong quantitative decision-making skills, comfortable with CPA/ROAS/LTV cohort math (SQL or BigQuery is a plus).
- Proven experience in international market scaling and managing native-language reviews.
- Sharp eye for ad policy and compliance risk.
- Excellent written English for working with global, async teams.
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft/Bing Ads and/or Meta Ads.
- Familiarity with BI tools such as Omni, Looker, or Tableau.
- Experience with AI models like Claude or OpenAI.
- Google Ads certifications.
