Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 per year

What you will do
- Develop, deliver, and optimize programmatic display campaigns on platforms like Amazon DSP and The Trade Desk.
- Build tactical media plans including budget and KPI recommendations.
- Synthesize large datasets into clear, actionable insights for internal and external stakeholders.
- Nurture relationships with key contacts at prominent consumer brands across all organizational levels.
- Lead regular client calls to discuss performance, business trends, and future engagements.
- Identify opportunities to scale and automate service offerings.
Requirements
- Must be based in London and able to work in-office 4 days per week.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 4+ years of relevant account management experience.
- 4+ years of experience in display programmatic media or digital advertising.
- Demonstrable experience using data analysis tools like Excel and storytelling tools like PowerPoint.
- Strong understanding of audience development, creative, and targeting strategies.
Nice to have
- Understanding of the Amazon Advertising ecosystem or other retail media.
- Experience working in a startup, retail, or e-commerce environment.
- Experience working with SQL.
