What you will do

• Accelerate paid growth across multiple dating apps and global markets.
• Develop and optimize acquisition strategies based on data‑driven performance analysis.
• Provide creative feedback and reports to enhance ad performance.
• Identify and launch new media partners to expand user reach.
• Collaborate with creative, tracking, and media partner teams to refine campaign execution.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree (seeking apprenticeship).
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads platforms.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Proactive, rigorous, and open-minded mindset.

Nice to have

• Experience with affiliation marketing.
• Familiarity with AI / LLM tools.
