What you will do

• Cultivate strong client relationships and lead discussions on partnership opportunities, especially within Crypto/Fintech environments.
• Manage day-to-day execution of affiliate marketing campaigns, ensuring smooth operations and timely follow-through.
• Analyze performance data to identify issues, opportunities, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Nurture and manage relationships with key partners and attend industry events to discover new partners.
• Execute affiliate strategies across multiple accounts, monitor portfolio performance, and adjust tactics to optimize client success.
• Mentor Associate Account Managers, delegate tasks effectively, and support professional development in a remote setting.

Requirements

• Fluency in German is required.
• 3–5 years of online marketing, e-commerce, or direct affiliate marketing experience.
• Experience working with Crypto, Fintech, or financial services brands is strongly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to travel up to 20% internationally with a valid passport.
• Strong Excel skills and comfort analyzing and interpreting performance data.
