What you will do
- Own a portfolio of hirify.global partners, focusing on GSIs, large SIs, and priority boutique SIs.
- Drive partners to scale and mature their hirify.global practice and deliver high-quality outcomes for joint customers.
- Build strong relationships with key partner leaders and act as a strategic advisor.
- Help partners win key deals by guiding proposals and aligning co-delivery plans.
- Monitor partner-led projects, support escalated situations, and track metrics.
- Act as an internal expert and advocate for your partners within hirify.global.
Requirements
- Deep experience (10+ years) in an Enterprise SaaS environment in roles like Partner Success, Professional Services, Customer Success, or Partner Sales.
- Strong Professional Services experience, including building/scaling delivery practices and Services Go-To-Market.
- Experience working with or within Partner organizations, managing a portfolio of global partners.
- Technical fluency in iPaaS/Enterprise Orchestration to assess integration/automation projects.
- Experience with program design, rollout, change management, and data analysis.
- Fluency in English required.
- Ability to travel up to 25% as needed.

- Fluency/business proficiency in additional languages (French, German, Italian, Dutch, Spanish).
