Location: This is a hybrid role with an Annual US Hiring Range, meaning candidates must be based in the US.

Salary: $115,000–$150,000 annually

What you will do

  • Serve as the primary Relationship Manager for Technology, Referral, and Alliance partners.
  • Drive quarterly business reviews and joint go-to-market planning with partners.
  • Own the delivery of partner activation, including training, certification, and enablement sessions.
  • Accelerate partner revenue readiness, moving them from "Signed" to "First Deal Registration."
  • Upskill the ecosystem on the "AI-First" narrative and hirify.global's Spiral solutions.
  • Proactively communicate new partner integrations, wins, and activation milestones to internal teams.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in an Alliances, Partner Management, or Partner Enablement role, preferably within a SaaS, CCaaS, or Enterprise Software company.
  • Comfort working with technical concepts (APIs, integrations) for partner onboarding and joint development.
  • Strong presentation skills to lead training sessions and convey complex value propositions.
  • Collaborative mindset to support broader strategic goals within Business Development.
  • Must be eligible to work in the US.
