TL;DR

Location: Hybrid, NYC Office. Must be authorized to work in the US.

Salary: $131,000–$154,000 (plus bonus)

What you will do

  • Manage day-to-day partner relationships and serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
  • Lead recurring partner status calls, setting agendas, tracking actions, and coordinating responses.
  • Maintain partner project plans, including milestones, timelines, and risks.
  • Coordinate cross-functional work with Product, Engineering, Clinical Success, and Sales.
  • Support onboarding, training, and enablement for clinicians and operational users.
  • Identify and support partner expansion efforts and participate in business reviews.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Partner Success, Customer Success, or Account Management.
  • Experience working with enterprise customers, preferably in healthcare or health tech.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple partners simultaneously.
  • Clear, confident communication skills to work effectively with clinicians and executive stakeholders.
  • Technical aptitude and comfort learning complex software workflows.
  • Familiarity with CRM, customer success, and project management tools.
