Location: London or Manchester, UK. This role involves some travel to business units and partners across the UK. The company operates a "Blended Working" model, allowing work from home, clubhouse, client sites, or other locations within the UK.

What you will do

  • Drive pipeline generation and revenue growth through partner-led opportunities and joint business planning.
  • Equip partners with essential tools, training, and resources to effectively market and sell services.
  • Serve as the primary internal point of contact for alliance-related matters, ensuring operational excellence.
  • Manage partner-related portals for logging and maintaining opportunities, funding, and certifications.
  • Support and coordinate joint marketing and promotional activities with partners.
  • Represent the company at industry partner and customer events, gathering market insights.

Requirements

  • Must be located in London or Manchester, UK.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a collaborative and autonomous approach.
  • Strong organizational skills with experience managing multiple partners and stakeholders.
  • Working knowledge of and passion for Strategic Partnership strategy.
  • Ability to build mutually beneficial partnerships with SaaS, Data, Cloud, and AI providers.
  • Strong understanding of partner-led go-to-market motions, co-selling, and pipeline management.
  • Experience in Strategic Alliances, Business Development, Partner/Account Management within the technology sector.
  • Knowledge and experience of working with leading providers within the SaaS ecosystem (CMS, PIM, Commerce, DXP).

  • Understanding of Data, AI, and Cloud technologies and their business benefits.
  • Experience with utilizing vendor partner programme benefits like Marketing Development Funds.
