TL;DR

Principal Partner Account Manager (GSI, APJC): Managing and optimizing strategic relationships with key Global System Integrators across APJC with an accent on developing and executing partnership strategies that drive revenue growth. Focus on building joint go-to-market services, solutions, and fostering executive relationships to exceed partner booked sales goals.

Location: This role is hybrid and based out of Singapore. You will be expected to travel as required.

What you will do

  • Create and implement strategic account plans for GSI partners, owning partner sales revenue.
  • Identify opportunities for joint ventures, co-marketing, and solutions integration to drive pipeline and growth.
  • Build joint go-to-market services and solution stack offerings with global alliances and services teams.
  • Develop and maintain executive key influencer and sales relationships with GSI partners.
  • Own and execute business and quarterly planning/reviews with regional Partner and Sales teams.
  • Track and analyze partner performance metrics and provide ongoing training and support.

Requirements

  • 15+ years experience including 10+ years working with Global System Integrator partnerships.
  • Existing relationships with Accenture, NTT, Kyndryl, and HCL.
  • Proven success in managing large enterprise partnerships, with demonstrated results in driving growth and innovation.
  • Experience working in the technology sector, with a bonus for network and/or security vendor experience.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in utilizing data to inform strategic decisions.
