What you will do
- Build and execute a territory plan targeting large enterprises in Asia.
- Drive new business, including greenfield and upsell opportunities, directly and through channel partners.
- Collaborate with SDRs, partners, and marketing teams to multi-thread with C-level executives.
- Position hirify.global's full portfolio of orchestration, MCP, and Agentic solutions.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in a full-cycle, closing sales role.
- Experience handling and owning relationships with enterprise companies.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Comfortable with the natural ambiguity that comes in a startup environment.
- Ability to play as a team and craft large complex deals by collaborating with colleagues.
