Principal Partner Account Manager (Cybersecurity): Driving strategic and high-value Service Provider partnerships, developing new revenue streams and business plans with an accent on developing and executing partnership strategies, driving significant revenue growth, and leveraging combined network strengths. Focus on influencing partners’ go-to-market strategies, managing incentive programs, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to achieve revenue and strategic goals.
Location: Hybrid. Must be based in Singapore or Sydney. Expected to travel 30-40% of the time.

What you will do
- Create and implement strategic partner account plans for Asian Service Providers that align with overall business objectives and growth targets.
- Identify opportunities for joint ventures, co-marketing initiatives, and solutions integration.
- Build joint go-to-market services and solution stack offerings.
- Drive high-level engagement between hirify.global leadership and Service Provider executives.
- Own business planning, including account mapping, development and execution of joint growth and customer acquisition strategies.
- Track and analyze partner performance metrics, including targets, revenue attribution, and market impact.
Requirements
- Relevant Bachelor Degree.
- 10+ years experience working with Service Provider partnerships.
- Proven ability to drive GTM success with Service Provider partners.
- Strong executive presence, negotiation skills, and ability to manage complex stakeholder environments.
- Experience working in the Technology sector, with network and/or cybersecurity experience a must.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across various teams in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
