What you will do

• Play a key role in shaping hirify.global’s strategic planning process and defining company-wide priorities.
• Develop hirify.global’s Equity Story to articulate the vision internally and externally.
• Provide strategic recommendations by analyzing market trends, customer needs, and competitive position.
• Foster discussions and generate ideas to identify new opportunities and guide prioritization.
• Drive cross-team strategic initiatives such as new product launches, revised pricing, and Go-to-Market strategies.

Requirements

• Experience: 5+ years in a top-tier consulting firm or as a strategic project manager in a startup or company.
• Curious and insight-driven, eager to learn and explore new opportunities.
• Analytical thinker, thriving on solving complex problems and working on quantitative & financial projects.
• Strong communicator with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organized, able to break silos, lead cross-team initiatives, and drive execution.
• Detail-oriented, taking pride in flawless execution and follow-through.
• Languages: Fluent English is required.

Nice to have

• French, Italian, German, or Spanish language skills.
• Experience in banking or financial services.
