Location: Germany (hybrid) with an option to work remotely up to 90 days per year from anywhere.

What you will do

• Own, develop, and maintain end-to-end production workflows, SOPs, templates, and QA structures across localization services.
• Ensure stable, scalable, and well-documented processes across Production, Linguistic, QA, Audio, and Shared Services.
• Act as a central point of contact for process-related topics, aligning internal teams on workflow changes and best practices.
• Monitor operational performance, identify opportunities to reduce complexity, manual effort, and risk, and lead root cause analyses.
• Design and optimize workflows and automations within Plunet/TMS and related internal tools, collaborating with IT and Engineering.
• Create and maintain clear documentation, SOP libraries, and onboarding materials, and deliver trainings during process changes.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in localization operations or project management within the video game industry.
• Strong understanding of full-cycle localization workflows (text, QA, audio, LQA).
• Advanced experience with Plunet or comparable TMS platforms.
• Proven ability to design, document, and optimize operational processes.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complexity into clear, practical solutions.
• Fluent English required; additional languages (e.g. German, French, Korean) are a plus.
