What you will do

• Lead end-to-end project delivery for Professional Services engagements.
• Manage various project types, including consultancy, custom development, deployments, and migrations.
• Be responsible for project governance, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
• Track budgets, proactively identify upsell opportunities, and allocate resources.
• Maintain strong customer satisfaction and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Participate in pre-sales engagements by contributing to project scoping, effort estimation, and initial timeline creation.

Requirements

• Experience managing software-related projects, ideally in a customer-facing or consulting environment.
• Familiarity with standard project management tools and methodologies (such as Agile or hybrid).
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and reporting skills.
• Proven ability to manage delivery with remote or geographically distributed teams and customers.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting pre-sales and estimations.
• Familiarity with custom software development, CI/CD pipelines, or developer tooling.
• Experience with AI agents, including the design and implementation of agentic workflows for project management use cases.
• Familiarity with the hirify.global product ecosystem or a technical background.
