What you will do

• Develop detailed project plans, establish timelines, and manage project phases to achieve milestones.
• Understand and evaluate relevant technologies, architectures, and tools to ensure project feasibility and quality.
• Clearly communicate project status, risks, and decisions to stakeholders at all levels.
• Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively address issues that may impact project success.
• Ensure technical deliverables meet quality standards and comply with project requirements.
• Motivate and guide the technical team, providing support and resolving technical challenges.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of technical project management experience.
• Experience in the hospitality industry; familiarity with Aloha POS or Aloha Cloud is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in project planning, scheduling, risk management, and change control methodologies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey complex technical information.
• Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams, analyze technical issues, and develop effective solutions.
