What you will do

• Plan, scope, gather, and validate project requirements with clients.
• Identify and engage stakeholders to resource projects appropriately for quality, cost, and schedule.
• Lead internal and external teams to execute and deliver client projects successfully.
• Manage project budgets, control costs, and ensure profitability.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with customers, internal teams, and external suppliers.
• Oversee project activities, resolve problems, and actively optimize delivery and client satisfaction.
• Report on project scope, financials, progress, and status to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Proven project management experience in the translation or localization industry.
• Knowledge of the translation industry, its technology, processes, and emerging trends.
• Demonstrated success in managing large accounts and/or projects.
• Proven experience in financial management and budget control.
• Strong customer relationship management and business development skills.
• Must be available to travel for work-related commitments.
