What you will do

• Drive large and complex digital solution projects or PMO activities end-to-end.
• Engage with C-level stakeholders to ensure project buy-in and support.
• Build high-performing teams and foster a culture of delivery excellence.
• Shape project governance, manage risks, status, interdependencies, and program budget.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and executive reporting.
• Lead in building Expert Services practice in Germany by improving frameworks and methodologies.

Requirements

• University degree in Business, IT, or a related field with multiple years of experience at a top-tier consulting firm or substantial industry experience.
• Background working in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
• Experience establishing or leading a PMO or similar project governance function.
• Proven ability to lead a team effectively.
• Strong understanding of both traditional and agile delivery methodologies (Prince 2, PMI, SAFe, Scrum).
• Technology knowledge and functional expertise in Business Transformation, Change Management, Digital Service & Platform Development, Rollout & Industrialization.
• Fluent English and German language skills, spoken and written.
• Willingness to travel at least 40%.
