What you will do

• Drive large and complex solution projects or PMO activities from definition to go-live.
• Engage with senior stakeholders to ensure buy-in and support for the project.
• Build high-performing teams and foster a culture of delivery excellence.
• Shape project governance, ensuring visibility into risks and managing escalations.
• Develop and maintain port dashboards, KPIs, and executive reporting.
• Improve frameworks, methodologies, and best practices within Expert Services.

Requirements

• University degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
• Multiple years of experience at a top-tier consulting firm or in the digital technology industry.
• Experience in establishing or leading a PMO or similar project governance function.
• Strong understanding of both traditional and agile delivery methodologies.
• Technology knowledge and functional expertise in Business Transformation, Change Management, Digital Service & Platform Development, Rollout & Industrialization.
• Fluent English and German language skills, spoken and written
• Willingness to travel at least 40%.
