What you will do

• Lead and manage retargeting projects and other marketing initiatives aligned with quarterly OKRs.
• Coordinate workflows across Editors, Translators, Copywriters, Designers, and Project Leads to ensure alignment.
• Plan and coordinate integrated marketing campaigns across Latin America, Asia, and crypto markets.
• Develop content briefs, editorial calendars, and campaign frameworks tailored for different markets.
• Conduct research on cultural trends, audience preferences, and behavioral patterns in target communities.
• Analyze campaign and content performance in collaboration with the Media Buying team.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Marketing Project Manager or Content/Project Lead (iGaming, digital marketing, or crypto preferred).
• Native-level proficiency in English and strong written communication skills.
• Understanding of cultural nuances in LatAm, Asia, and crypto audiences.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple parallel initiatives.
• Solid understanding of marketing metrics, performance analytics, and data interpretation.
• Experience using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, CRM dashboards, and project management tools (e.g., JIRA).
