What you will do

  • Exceed assigned revenue targets by securing new logos and expanding existing accounts.
  • Develop and drive regional strategy for growth in the Enterprise Segment.
  • Collaborate with teams to define and deliver compelling value propositions.
  • Manage complex sales motions, account relationships, pipelines, and forecast accuracy in Salesforce CRM.
  • Engage with customers to ensure post-deal success and understanding growth goals.
  • Conduct outbound prospecting activities and pipeline generation.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of recent Enterprise experience selling technology and IT Solutions/SaaS within the Nordics Region.
  • 1+ years working in the Salesforce ecosystem in a sales capacity.
  • Bilingual in English plus a Nordic language preferred.
  • Experience selling to C-Level and navigating IT and business units.
  • Strong expertise in sales methodologies like MEDDPIC.
  • Hunter mindset with an ability to build and grow pipelines.

Nice to have

  • Existing relationships in the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Knowledge of DevOps and/or testing software.
