What you will do
- Own the full lifecycle of Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns, including search, display, video, and retargeting.
- Build and manage campaigns focused on lead generation and conversion across various platforms.
- Execute A/B tests and develop structured experiment roadmaps to improve CAC, CPL, and conversion rates.
- Collaborate on ad creatives and landing pages, identifying funnel bottlenecks and proposing data-driven CRO improvements.
- Track, analyze, and report performance for all paid channels, providing actionable insights to leadership.
- Develop and refine audience strategies across Google and Meta, leveraging retargeting, custom, and lookalike audiences.
Requirements
- 4-6+ years of hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics and attribution.
- Experience with landing page testing, CRO, and funnel optimization.
- Comfortable working with analytics platforms such as Google Analytics and Looker.
- Ability to run structured experiments and interpret results effectively.
- Understanding of SaaS funnels, ICPs, and lead qualification processes.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with HubSpot or CRM-driven reporting.
- Experience with TikTok Ads or LinkedIn Ads.
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for landing page tweaks.
