TL;DR

Programmatic Specialist: Manage end-to-end programmatic campaigns, from setup and strategy to optimization and analysis, with an accent on leveraging programmatic technologies and best practices to drive impactful results. Focus on identifying trends, implementing data-driven optimizations, and developing comprehensive campaign strategies to achieve client objectives.

Location: Hybrid in Milan, Italy (in-office around four days a week)

What you will do

  • Configure, launch, and manage programmatic campaigns within various DSPs.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance against KPIs, identifying trends and optimization opportunities.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations and implement strategies to maximize campaign performance and achieve client objectives.
  • Develop comprehensive programmatic campaign strategies based on advertiser goals and audience insights.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest programmatic technologies, design A/B tests, and ensure process and compliance.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop best practices and build strong relationships.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of programmatic buying / biddable / trafficking experience with hands-on experience with DSPs.
  • Familiarity with main DSPs (e.g., Google DV360, The Trade Desk, Amazon DSP).
  • Familiarity with analytics, brand-safety, tracking, attribution, and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Comscore, IAS, MOAT).
  • Familiarity with ad servers, rich media vendors, web debugging, and troubleshooting tools (e.g., Google Campaign Manager).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Experience with automation solutions (e.g., scripting, APIs).
