What you will do

• Lead the definition of innovative communication strategies and pioneer new approaches in media planning and execution.
• Strategically manage assigned brands' budgets, identify client needs, and define success through KPIs.
• Coordinate daily interactions with internal agency functions and leverage the WPP network's capabilities.
• Conduct advanced competitive analysis to inform strategic recommendations.
• Support the Client Director in developing innovative projects and fostering team talent development.

Requirements

• A minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in strategic media leadership or client management within the media industry, preferably with a focus on Pharma or FMCG clients.
• Fluent English is Mandatory (C1).
• Demonstrated expertise in strategic media planning and a deep understanding of the evolving digital, tech, and martech landscape.
• Exceptional client advocacy and negotiation skills.
• Strong strategic and commercial acumen with the ability to identify growth opportunities.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in a strategic role or a strong strategic component within past position.
