What you will do
- Conduct in-depth market and brand analysis to define strategic insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with Data Science to identify growth audiences and articulate consumer journey pain points.
- Manage communication strategy development for annual planning, launches, and campaigns.
- Ensure consistent translation of strategy into day-to-day media planning and integrate specialized expertise.
- Act as a primary interface for global stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and strategic alignment.
- Lead brainstorms, cultivate innovation, and proactively identify new solutions for client challenges.
Requirements
- 6-7 years of progressive experience in media/communications planning with a strong emphasis on strategy.
- Mandatory background within media agencies; not creative agencies or pure research environments.
- Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical, and conceptual skills.
- Expertise in media strategy development, including proficiency with measurement tools and econometric models.
- Fully conversant with qualitative/quantitative research and big data analytical offerings.
- Proven experience in people management (leading/coaching direct reports).
- Excellent client relationship skills, including interacting and presenting to senior-level clients.
- Extensive experience collaborating and interfacing with global teams and stakeholders.
- Flawless proficiency in written and spoken English is required for effective global communication.
