Configuration Specialist (SaaS): Supporting the hirify.global Customer Success program by platform configuration, optimization, and ongoing platform health monitoring and intervention. Focus on defining, documenting, and implementing technical requirements into actionable platform configurations and designing and developing technical solutions, including API integrations and custom workflows.

What you will do

  • Provide technical configuration support to enhance platform performance and operational efficiency.
  • Independently prioritize and manage multiple discrete tasks and workflows.
  • Complete customer success playbooks that drive customer adoption and improved customer health.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on hirify.global platform capabilities, offering best practices and technical insights.
  • Design and develop technical solutions, including API integrations and custom workflows, to meet complex operational requirements.
  • Identify trends, troubleshoot technical issues, and recommend product improvements based on technical data and feedback.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in technical roles such as SaaS configuration, customer success, technical support, consulting, or professional services.
  • Proven track record in configuring and managing SaaS platforms for enterprise environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively document and present technical concepts.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers, conveying empathy, a sense of urgency, and ability to drive problem resolution.
  • Proficiency with workflow tools such as Google Workspace, Zendesk, and Salesforce.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of data analytics, dashboards, and reporting tools.
  • Technical certifications such as CISSP, CISA, Security+, or similar.
  • Background in technical support, platform configuration, or operational roles within cybersecurity or SaaS organizations.
  • Strong adaptability to change with a focus on continuous improvement.
