TL;DR

Presales Engineer (Cybersecurity): Driving adoption of NetWitness solutions through technical leadership in the sales cycle with an accent on Proof-of-Concept (POC) management and solution architecture. Focus on bridging complex security challenges with technical capabilities to deliver business value for government and enterprise sectors.

Location: Hybrid in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

What you will do

  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact throughout the sales cycle and develop winning sales strategies.
  • Lead in-depth technical presentations, product demonstrations, and respond to RFPs/RFIs.
  • Design and manage Proof-of-Concept (POC) evaluations to ensure documented outcomes.
  • Conduct discovery sessions and design tailored security solutions for customers.
  • Enable and mentor channel partners and internal sales teams.
  • Relay field insights and competitive intelligence to product management to influence the roadmap.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in presales, sales engineering, or security consulting within the cybersecurity industry.
  • Proven track record working with Government, Enterprise, and Financial sectors in Saudi Arabia.
  • Deep understanding of networking protocols, packet-level analysis, and the MITRE ATT&CK framework.
  • Hands-on experience with Threat Detection & Response platforms (SIEM, NDR, EDR).
  • Full professional fluency in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% across the territory.

Nice to have

  • Fluency in French.
  • Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, GCIH, GCIA, or GDAT.
