What you will do

• Provide remote technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues within specific response guidelines.
• Manage product escalations and act as a liaison between customers and product engineering.
• Perform software installations and upgrades related to AI Security products.
• Troubleshoot technical issues spanning software, networking, and hardware.
• Document all technical work and resolutions in the Salesforce ticketing system.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience as a Technical Support Engineer.
• 10+ years of experience with network security or endpoint security.
• Proficiency in networking systems, identity providers, x509 certificates, and Linux security tools.
• Experience with KMS and cloud environments.
• Expert-level knowledge of Mac and Windows operating systems.
• Must be based in the USA

Nice to have

• Knowledge of AI, MCP, and API Gateways.
• Experience with Salesforce.
