Location: Hybrid in Sao Paulo, Brazil (2-3 times/week onsite)

What you will do

• Develop and execute strategic growth and efficiency options with partners.
• Manage P&L performance across geographies, segments, and products.
• Oversee partner relationships, governance, and risk management.
• Drive business value by enhancing revenue streams, product value, and engaging with the regulatory landscape.
• Act as an incubator for new initiatives and represent Nu's global interests with strategic partners.
• Contribute to strategy planning and definition with Business Units.

Requirements

• Strong analytical skills with data-driven conclusions.
• Excellent financial skills, including financial modeling, P&L, and financial statements.
• Smart problem solver with deep industry knowledge and intellectual curiosity.
• Proven negotiation and strategic partnership development abilities.
• Strong customer focus and strategic/critical thinking.
• Must work from the Sao Paulo office 2-3 times a week.
