Location: Hybrid in Sao Paulo, Brazil 2-3 times per week on strategic days.

• Manage P&L performance across geos, segments, and products.
• Maintain partner relationships, including governance and communications, and manage associated risks.
• Drive business value by overseeing new revenue streams, enhancing product value, and engaging on the regulatory landscape.
• Actively explore long-term strategy aligned with Nu's 5-year plan.
• Incubate new initiatives inside of Nu, creating new levers of growth.
• Represent Nu's global interests in engaging with strategic partners.

Requirements

• Analytical skills: Use a framework with numbers and data and can come to a conclusion.
• Strong Financial Skills: Financial modeling, P&L and financial statement.
• Smart Problem Solver with deep Industry know-how paired with intellectual curiosity.
• Negotiation and Strategic Partnerships: Developing and cultivating key relationships in markets and segments of interest.
• Customer Focus: Close to Nu's Building Blocks, Business Units and Business Areas.
• Strategic and Critical Thinking: Active role in the strategy planning and strategic definition with BU's.
