What you will do
- Overachieve assigned revenue targets by securing new enterprise logos and expanding existing accounts.
- Develop and drive the regional strategy for growth and new customer acquisition in the Enterprise Segment.
- Collaborate with your extended team to define and deliver compelling value propositions.
- Track, analyze, and communicate key metrics, business trends, and opportunity data to management.
- Engage with customers to ensure their success post-deal.
- Manage complex sales motions, account relationships, pipelines, and forecast accuracy in Salesforce CRM.
Requirements
- 4+ years of recent Enterprise experience selling technology and IT Solutions/SaaS within the Benelux region.
- 1+ years working in the Salesforce ecosystem in a sales capacity.
- Bilingual in Dutch and English.
- Experience in selling to C-Level and navigating IT and business units.
- Strong expertise in using sales methodologies like MEDDPIC.
- Hunter mindset with a strong background in new business hunting.
Nice to have
- Existing relationships in the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Knowledge of DevOps and/or testing software.
