What you will do

  • Overachieve assigned revenue targets by securing new enterprise logos and expanding existing accounts.
  • Develop and drive the regional strategy for growth and new customer acquisition in the Enterprise Segment.
  • Collaborate with your extended team to define and deliver compelling value propositions.
  • Track, analyze, and communicate key metrics, business trends, and opportunity data to management.
  • Engage with customers to ensure their success post-deal.
  • Manage complex sales motions, account relationships, pipelines, and forecast accuracy in Salesforce CRM.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of recent Enterprise experience selling technology and IT Solutions/SaaS within the Benelux region.
  • 1+ years working in the Salesforce ecosystem in a sales capacity.
  • Bilingual in Dutch and English.
  • Experience in selling to C-Level and navigating IT and business units.
  • Strong expertise in using sales methodologies like MEDDPIC.
  • Hunter mindset with a strong background in new business hunting.

Nice to have

  • Existing relationships in the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Knowledge of DevOps and/or testing software.
