What you will do

• Manage, implement, and execute user acquisition campaigns on channels like Google, Applovin, Unity, and Facebook.
• Analyze and optimize UA campaigns based on internal performance KPIs.
• Provide data-driven input for creative development.
• Manage day-to-day partner relations.
• Keep up with industry trends and new user acquisition opportunities.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a user acquisition or performance marketing role.
• Familiarity with managing marketing campaigns across multiple channels with substantial budgets.
• Previous experience within the mobile gaming industry.
• Strong analytical skills and mindset.
• A highly motivated, hands-on, and well-organized team player.
• English: B2 required.
• Location: Must be able to work in Berlin, Germany (hybrid setup).
• Work authorization for Germany or willingness to relocate to Germany is required.
