TL;DR

Sales Operations Analyst: Supporting the growth and efficiency of the commercial organization by analyzing performance data, optimizing processes, and providing actionable insights with an accent on reporting, Salesforce dashboards, and process improvement. Focus on managing and updating reports, preparing data for metric reviews, and supporting business development and customer success teams.

Location: Remote, but must be currently based in the US.

What you will do

  • Manage and update reports to track and show trends relating to different KPIs.
  • Prepare data and presentations for Quarterly metric reviews.
  • Prepare ad-hoc reports and analysis.
  • Collaborate with different Business units to help drive efficiency across the organization.
  • Support the Business Development and Customer Success teams with reporting and Salesforce dashboard views.
  • Manage territory systems and changes.

Requirements

  • 4+ Years experience in sales operations, Sales support, data analysis, and reporting.
  • High level understanding of Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets.
  • Strong knowledge of Pivot tables, Vlookups, Xlookups, and IF Functions.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong understanding of the sales process.
  • Experience in Salesforce reporting and Dashboards.
  • Track record of process improvement and ability to design and implement processes.
