What you will do
- Support GTM sales strategies, including territory management, target account planning, and headcount growth.
- Oversee the forecast submission process, ensuring accurate projections and streamlining the forecasting workflow.
- Support quote creation and deal structuring to ensure timely customer delivery and long-term company growth goals.
- Ensure pipeline hygiene and data accuracy for all pipeline metrics.
- Manage deal closing activities, including sales order and PO reconciliation, and accurate data input in CPQ and CRM.
Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales operations or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience specifically in a SaaS environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field preferred.
- Strong understanding of SaaS processes, metrics, and customer expectations.
- Experience with forecasting models and commercial target setting.
- Knowledge of working with GTM tool stack, especially CRM (Salesforce or HubSpot).
- Familiarity with contract management and quoting tools (e.g., CPQ).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
