TL;DR

Sales Operations Manager: Supporting Global Sales & Marketing by maintaining Salesforce CRM and integrated systems, building reports and dashboards, and acting as the primary contact for support issues. Focus on ensuring Salesforce data hygiene, supporting the forecast commitment process, and assisting with company-wide Salesforce integration.

Location: Reading, United Kingdom. This role adopts a hybrid working approach.

What you will do

  • Act as the Salesforce Superuser, capturing issues via Zendesk and escalating to Level 2 support.
  • Work with Level 2 Support on Salesforce developments and updates, delivering team training.
  • Support the Group Revenue Team by detailing pipeline movements and revenue data across regions.
  • Support the Forecast Commitment process, ensuring reports and dashboards are updated.
  • Maintain and develop Salesforce reports and dashboards to support business functions.
  • Assist with the company integration plan to combine all Salesforce instances into a single CRM platform.

Requirements

  • Salesforce experience (2+ years) including 1st level support, report, and dashboard creation.
  • Analytical and data-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel (pivot tables/lookups), Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Advanced communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams at multiple levels.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and detail-oriented with a methodical approach.

Nice to have

  • Hands-on B2B sales experience.
  • Power BI experience.
