What you will do

  • Manage end-to-end setup, QA, and execution of CRM campaigns across all channels (email, SMS, push, in-app, onsite, direct mail).
  • Build and maintain modular templates, dynamic content, and personalization in the ESP.
  • Ensure technical readiness and support rollout of bonus offers, triggers, and retention initiatives.
  • Collaborate with CRM, Brand, Design, and Data teams for on-brand campaign delivery, segmentation, and accurate tracking.
  • Act as a CRM tooling expert (Optimove), improving processes, documentation, and promoting a testing culture.
  • Monitor deliverability, contact rules, and channel health, ensuring compliance.

Requirements

  • 4+ years hands-on experience in CRM operations, marketing automation, or ESP campaign management, ideally in iGaming.
  • Deep technical expertise in at least one enterprise CRM platform (e.g., Optimove, Salesforce, Adobe).
  • Experience executing high-volume manual and automated campaigns to segmented audiences.
  • Strong understanding of CRM channel best practices and comfort with HTML/CSS for email editing and personalization.
  • Excellent organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to flawless delivery.
  • Experience working with data teams to integrate campaign-level analytics into a centralised reporting layer.
