hirify.global is seeking a Marketing Automation & Lifecycle Marketing Operations Manager to support UK growth initiatives for their SMB customers.
What you will do
- Design, build, and optimize cross-sell lifecycle email programs using Pardot and Marketo.
- Manage marketing automation programs, automations, and journeys, ensuring data hygiene and audience accuracy.
- Develop and execute A/B testing strategies and monitor performance across key metrics.
- Partner with Lifecycle Marketing, Sales, Product, CRM, and Analytics teams.
- Contribute to best practices and scalable marketing automation frameworks.
- Ensure compliance with consent, data, and regional marketing requirements.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with both Pardot and Marketo.
- Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and customer data.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years’ experience in marketing automation or lifecycle marketing.
- Strong experience building email-led lifecycle and cross-sell programs.
- Proven ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into action.
- Strong stakeholder communication skills across regional and global teams.
Nice to have
- Experience in SaaS, payments, fintech, or B2B services.
