What you will do
- Own and scale Email, SMS, Push, and In-App as performance channels, driving lead conversion, reactivation, and retention.
- Design and execute high-impact campaigns and build automated flows with clear commercial goals.
- Be directly responsible for 2-3x growth in CRM-attributed revenue and optimize KPIs like CVR, CAC, return rate, and LTV.
- Run structured experiments with clear hypotheses, test velocity, and performance reviews.
- Leverage tools like Looker, Metabase, and Mixpanel to segment audiences and identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with Growth, Product, Clinical, and Creative teams to align campaigns with broader strategies.
Requirements
- Track record using owned channels (email, SMS, push) to drive measurable results across the funnel.
- Ability to build and optimize experiments impacting CVR, return rates, LTV, and CAC.
- Data-led approach with comfort in pulling performance insights using tools like Looker, Metabase, or Mixpanel.
- Strong communication and copywriting skills to craft high-converting messaging.
- Ability to thrive in a test-and-learn environment, launching quickly and scaling what works.
- Work format: Hybrid in London, UK.
