What you will do
- Own the end-to-end marketing-to-revenue funnel, from lead generation to pipeline contribution and conversion.
- Define, track, and report revenue-related KPIs across all marketing initiatives.
- Optimise campaigns, outreach, and website performance through A/B testing and data analysis.
- Manage CRM systems and marketing automation tools, ensuring clean data and accurate reporting.
- Build and maintain dashboards, analytics, and unified reporting flows across departments.
- Drive alignment between marketing and sales on lead quality, funnel stages, and conversion metrics.
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B marketing with a strong focus on revenue-driven initiatives.
- Strong understanding of marketing funnels, pipeline attribution, and ROI measurement.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret marketing and sales data.
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
- Experience working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and leadership teams.
- English: Upper-intermediate (B2 or higher), both written and spoken.
